  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items & gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Authorization: Upon approval, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
